Use MANDALAS for Mediation
Mandalas are useful for meditation purposes which can be used to teach patience, relaxation, and stress coping strategies. Traditionally, the lines of a design are created by different colours of sand carefully placed in an intricate design or pattern.
When the Mandala is complete, it is then blown away to signify impermanence and the cycle of life. There are also many online mandalas that can be coloured in with pastels, paint, pencil crayons, or markers.
