As part of BANA’s ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive support and treatment to those affected directly and indirectly with eating disorders, we are pleased to introduce two new staff members: Nicole Gullette is Registered Dietitian and will be a permanent addition to our team. Jaclyn Brown is a Registered Social Worker and will be joining us for a 6 month contract. They send the following messages.
Hello, my name is Nicole Gullette, RD, CDE. I am from Barrie, ON and completed my degree in BSc (Human Ecology) Honours Foods and Nutrition at Brescia University College (University of Western Ontario). I completed my internship at the Northern Ontario Dietetic Internship Program in Barrie. From there, I worked in diabetes at the Barrie Community Health Centre where I became a Certified Diabetes Educator. Passionate for helping people lead a healthy lifestyle, I am looking forward to empowering clients at BANA to move forward toward their goals.
Hello, my name is Jaclyn Brown. I am a Windsor and Essex-County native with an Undergraduate and a Masters degree in Psychology, as well as a Masters degree in Social Work. Throughout these educational endeavours I have had the pleasure to work/research within the mental health field which has brought me to my current position working in a therapeutic capacity here at BANA. I enjoy working with the public and I value what clients can (and do) teach me about strength, struggle and commitment.
I am so pleased to be working at BANA alongside other staff and with our clients on their journey to healthier living.
We would like to proudly, and warmly, welcome Nicole and Jaclyn to our team!
